Spring 1, Here We Come!

Wow, I can't believe it - our month-long break is over, back to the grind tomorrow! I enjoyed the break, though I admit I spent a good portion of it prepping for interviews and then stressing out over interviews and THEN actually doing the interviews. 

But...good news!...I got a job! With a consulting firm! Wheeeeeee! I'm thrilled and honored and shocked. I haven't accepted yet, as interviewing is not yet done, but it's an absolutely amazing feeling to have something; to know that I won't be panicked come Spring 2 with no job (very real fear that used to run through my mind multiple times per day...)

I've also been relaxing, especially compared to the past two terms. We did a lot of job stuff over break, but I also went out with friends, worked out, sat and chatted a lot...overall, enjoyed the wonderful people here which is nice as it's one of my favorite parts of this place.

What's in store for this term? Corporate Finance, Market Intelligence, and Operations. NO recruiting (other than interviews next week), thank goodness. Working out like crazy...I have a Spring Break goal of being in killer shape, which is in...um...7 weeks for us, so I need to get on that. Tomorrow. 

Spring Break, incidentally, should be fun. We're looking at a week in Tahoe skiing (or snowboarding) and a week at some beach, somewhere....maybe Cancun? Wherever is cheap and fun :o)

Well, first day back in class tomorrow and it's 1:30am, so I should get to bed. I'm excited to see everyone again tomorrow!
